Executive Summary

Enterprise Solutions Architect and Technical Presales professional with 19+ years of experience delivering enterprise software and digital transformation solutions across GCC and MENA markets. I combine deep hands-on expertise in .NET, full-stack engineering, database architecture and enterprise integration with practical experience in AI solutions, data platforms, technical consulting and presales.

Most of my work is translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures: leading customer discovery workshops, developing technical proposals, responding to RFPs, evaluating technology partners, and presenting enterprise solutions to business and technology stakeholders. I have contributed to government and enterprise initiatives in Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Egypt and Libya — including EJADA, Oman's cross-ministry performance platform used by ~85 government entities.

I started as a .NET developer in 2007 and I still build. At Software Systems LLC in Muscat I lead a line of business together with the solution architecture and presales behind it, and stay hands-on with AI — RAG pipelines, document intelligence and enterprise assistants on an enterprise agentic AI platform in development. I also build and run my own products, including the JobSphere AI job platform and the RAG assistant on this site. That engineering background keeps proposals grounded in what can actually be delivered.
